In the early hours of January 26th I was awakened with a jerk to a very loud sound in my right ear. The sound of what I thought was a smoke alarm when it has been activated. As I lay listening to the sound, I heard the word, "warning."
After prayer and research, I realized it was not a smoke alarm but the sound of a shofar I had heard. It's long straight prolonged unbroken blast, which is what I heard, is called Tekiah Gedolah. Tekiah Gedolah is a final invitation to sincere repentance and atonement symbolizing both an alarm and a wake-up call.
"Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet and show My people their transgressions and their sins." Isaiah 58:1
In my spirit I heard ***
"Your sins may be hidden from men, but they are not hidden from Me. As you cling to your sins, forces of evil continue to strategize ways and means to further entrap and enslave you. Do not be bound by the world. Come follow Me while The Light yet shines for night comes quickly and you will be overtaken by the darkness."
"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." John 8:12
"I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in Me should stay in darkness." John 12:14
"Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee." Isaiah 60:1

ReplyDeleteEvery morning..... I wake up with disappointment in my heart. Having wisdom and knowing truths, are really taking a toll on me.I know I'm suppose to surround myself with like minded people, but where are they? How am I suppose to find happiness in this world? Oh...how I yearn for heaven!!! It's hard being the only one with spiritually wide open eyes.....and I see and feel alot, leaving my spirit uneasy. Am I going to be uneasy forever?? I find no excitement in anything anymore.....besides really good food!! But God is good and I'm faithfully waiting........
ReplyDeleteWe often feel like we are alone, adrift in a raging sea. Abba, in the Name of Your Son I ask that Your peace would surround this dear one. May your peace be their portion and the joy of the LORD their strength. Please guide them to fellow like minded believers that together they might grow in Your nurture & admonition. We love You and know You do all things well. Our hope is in You. Thank you for Your love and for hearing the prayers of Your children. Amen ***. LORD bless U.
DeleteI have felt this way too.I wake up in prayer every morning. I always thank Him for the day He has given me, the newness of life, and the promised eternal life.
DeleteSometimes I feel how great it would be if Jesus would come to take a His bride home. This nation and world are not the same. Then I say to the Lord, you must have something for me to do or I would not be thanking you for this day of life you have given me today. Thank you Lord for my life. I pray I have done what you required of me today.
For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.
ReplyDeleteThe faithful one
