NTEB reports:   "For a number of years now Hollywood has been embracing and promoting open Satanism in the “entertainment” products they offer.

When Katy Perry, surrounded by demons, danced around an upside down broomstick and Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z, members of the Illuminati and proud Satanists, performed a sexualized dance routine, with Beyoncé (called a role model for children by the president), dressed in a revealing black thong bodysuit over fishnet tights; some middle Americans were left gasping to catch their collective breath from this years Grammy presentation."

(my question - why didn't they just turn off their televisions)?????

This year marks a full 100% increase in open witchcraft, Satanism and the occult being broadcast through music, movies and television.

Protect your children, stop buying their cd', unplug your television and open your bible.

Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them;  for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. Ephesians 5

Where is the church?

As homosexuality is being embraced and glamorized on the Grammys, with TV shows like Modern Family, The Walking Dead among the top ten rated shows and movies like The Hustler and Her are nominated for Academy Awards - where is the church?

When prayer was taken out of schools we remained silent. When abortion became the law of the land, we remained silent. When homosexuality became a choice and not a sin we remained silent.

While Christianity is being marginalized in the military we remain silent. While our children are being silenced and disciplined for sharing their faith in school we remain silent. While…. the church remains silent.

“...in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Philippians 1:20-21

“…Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” Acts 4:19-20

Where is the church?  Where are you?

Dr. Ravi Zacharias speaking to an overflow crowd at the Mormon Tabernacle this month said:

"We have our deep theological differences, but I think it's commendable that we find a common cause in trying to create a good moral soil in this culture and in this time."

Calling him a "powerful, persuasive voice," Elder Jeffrey R. Holland said Zacharias shared a faith and testimony to counter a minimization of religious faith and expression "unprecedented in American culture." He said those in attendance were united in their belief of Jesus Christ.

"In an increasingly secular world, and facing the attack on religious faith and religious freedom that we see all around us, it is imperative for the extended Christian community to acknowledge that what we have in common is so good, so far-reaching and so potentially powerful in addressing the ills of society and of the soul that the very least we can do is know and understand each other better than we do." Elder Holland said; Above all else… we are unequivocal that it is our shared love for the Lord Jesus Christ that brings us together in true brotherhood and sisterhood tonight and always."   How many ways can it be said:

“Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can righteousness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness?

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

Do not become partners with those who do not believe, for what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship does light have with darkness?”

Ravi Zacharias is only the latest in a series of evangelical leaders appearing before the LDS community. Southern Baptist leaders Richard Land and Albert Mohler, Assemblies of God leader George O. Wood, and former Fuller Seminary president Richard Mouw have made the trek to Utah and the pulpit of this religious cult.

Jesus preached and taught in synagogues, on hill sides and in homes, but in temples erected to teach, proclaim and preach a false religion - He did not teach, preach, proclaim or even enter.

"I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will put them on trial for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel, because they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land."  Joel 3:2

"This is the plague with which the Lord will strike all the nations that fight against Jerusalem: their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths." Zechariah 14:12

America and her allies have much to learn and it appears they have chosen to learn the hard way that God will not be mocked - His Word is Truth. Regardless of what the oval office says, regardless of what Barack Hussein Obama signs or does not sign, and regardless of what Israel and the PA do or do not agree to.!!.

"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.  Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.  Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6

God cannot be mocked.!!.

As Muslim men, with Quran in hand and Allah Akbar on their lips marry girls as young as six and Muslim women remain shrouded in black cloth, the property of the men they fear, held captive by an ancient evil culture - Secretary of State John Kerry rushes head-long into negotiations with the leaders of Islam.

“And when you look up to the sky and see the sun, the moon and the stars—all the heavenly array—do not be enticed into bowing down to them and worshiping things the LORD your God has apportioned to all the nations under heaven.” Deuteronomy 4:19

As Muslim men are commanded to fight non-Muslims "unbelievers" - be they Christian or Jew, fighting until they are either dead, convert to Islam, or live in a permanent state of subjugation under Muslim domination, Barack Hussein Obama leans more heavily on Israel to make further concessions to the Palestinian Authority.

As Muslim men refuse to allow people of other faiths to live and worship independently of Islamic rule, stating it is not an option for true followers of Allah, Pope Francis, the Roman Catholic Church, Tony Campola, Brian McLaren, Rick Warren, churches from Houston to Detroit embrace chrislam.

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said,

“I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” 2 Corinthians 6:14-16

As one who loves The Lord, my heart grieves at the sin that has so easily beset us - and to see that sin is in the church.!!.  Thousands die daily - lost for all eternity, separated from a God who loved them enough to die in their place - if only....

Would that the church come to realize their great need for a Saviour it might change the world and bring many lost souls into the kingdom. That does not appear to be in the future for the American church as a whole - so we, the remnant, must each one tell one - there is no other way.

“Every day of every week, in at least 60 countries, people are persecuted because of their belief in Jesus Christ. 75% of the world’ population live in an area where there is severe persecution. 100 million Christians are persecuted worldwide” Opendoor USA

Persecution - a very real and present danger,

but not in America.

Has God given the church in America what it deserves, albeit, what it desires: freedom to choose its own way, seeker sensitive watered down messages with neither substance nor conviction.?. Gatherings of tens of thousands of “Christians” without revival, repentance or reconciliation. Have the enemies of the church anything to fear from the name it and claim it gospel delivered in America by millionaire Elmer Gantry charlatans.?. Has the convicting power of the Holy Spirit gone from “auditoriums” sanctuaries, Christian conferences and television studios and no one has noticed.?.

Christians persecuted for their faith in their LORD is growing in North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Afghanistan… but not in America.

Since moving across the state to be closer to family and friends we have struggled to find a faith family - a church home. Each Sunday we venture out to visit yet one more church; with Bible in hand and expectations high. This Sunday was no different - or so we thought.

After doing extensive research we decided upon the church we wanted to visit this week. We had read their website and listened to the pastor’ sermons online. Nothing amiss so we made our plans.

We arrived at the church a few minutes before time for service to begin. Entering the “auditorium” we were greeted with lights dimmed to a shade of blue and a stage full of music equipment - the drums surrounded by plastic. We began to feel a bit uneasy, at our age...

A greeter came and introduced herself. Nice lady - ask if it was our first time to visit the church - we said yes. Introductions were made and then she ask if we were seeking a Willow Creek church affiliation. My antenna began to rise, Willow Creek, Willow Creek.???. Why did I know that name.? Then I ask who the pastor of Willow Creek Church was - with a smile she said Bill Hybels.

Then I remembered. What I can’t remember is how our conversation with the nice lady ended. I only remember getting up, walking out and the look on the face of the man at the front door who greeted us just 5 minutes before. He smiled and said “ have a nice day” as we made our exit.

Sadly, churches don’t come with warning labels.

International pressure against Israel is enormous, with Barack Hussein Obama pushing the hardest.

The forces of Radical Islam have convinced the post-Christian world and the White House to adopt the Islamic worldview. The new core doctrine:

“Zionism is the main reason for infighting in the Muslim World, and for Islamic hatred in the West.”

Out of Washington comes the message - spoken loud, clear and often:

“as soon as Zionism is ended, and Israel is made to comply with Western demands - there will be “peace.”

John Kerry, a devout Catholic, is a puppet of the Papacy, a puppet whose desire is to please the puppeteer and take control of Jerusalem for his master. To achieve this, Catholicism and Islam must unite.

Could 2014 see one rise in the Middle East who will prepare the way for the last man of lawlessness.?.

Time will tell - watch and pray.!.

"A new year has come! So many folks look upon a new year with great hope that it will somehow be different from all of the previous years. That somehow they will escape the trials and tribulations of life. My prayer for the new year is a deepening of our faith in the Sovereignty of God, a more stable confidence in God’s perfect plan for all of our lives.

I am like everyone else. The trials of life rattle me, take my focus off of my Father, and blind me to the ever-present work of His Sovereign hands.
Most people want to start the new year strong. I’m not as concerned as starting strong as I am with finishing strong–totally surrendered to my King.

I was reading 1 Samuel 11-12 this morning. I noticed that Saul, the first King of Israel, started strong, but we don’t remember him for how he started, but how he finished, or failed to finish.

Lord, let us run the race today with our eyes fixed upon you and give us the confidence in you that will enable us to cling to you whatever may come."

Pastor Mike Hays, Britton Christian Church
