"When evil comes and darkness surrounds, lean on Me.  Know that I AM is greater than all the evil, all the darkness. I will never leave you, I will never forsake you.

Change is coming, look around, it has begun. The witness of My church has been tarnished by the world. Compromise and false doctrines have so penetrated the body that truth is seldom spoken and few have taken a stand for righteousness.  My Light must pierce through the darkness for there still remains millions who live surrounded by that darkness.  Judgments are coming upon those nations that have rejected My Truth. America will not be exempt from My judgment for America has been given much and to whom much is given much is required,

My children look around. See the signs of the times. Listen to the voices that speak Truth in My Name. Stop the gossip, fault finding, shallowness and enter into a time of repentance, renew your fellowship with Me and walk as children of The Light."

'Hear,  O earth! I am bringing disaster on this people, the fruit of their own schemes, for they have paid no attention to My word and have rejected My instruction. What use to Me is frankincense from Sheba or sweet cane from a distant land? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable; your sacrifices do not please Me.” Therefore, this is what the LORD says: “I will lay stumbling blocks before this people; fathers and sons alike will be staggered; friends and neighbors will perish.”…Jeremiah 6:19-21

'What shall we conclude then? Do we have any advantage? Not at all! For we have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin. As it is written:  “There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God.' Romans 3:9-11

He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins. For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, for he was looking ahead and including them in what he would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate his righteousness, for he himself is fair and just, and he makes sinners right in his sight when they believe in Jesus.' Romans 3:23-26

"Upheaval surrounds. Darkness is decending upon your nation. War in the heavenlies for the souls of men. Armors are rusted from lack of use, shields and swords lost in the witness of the world within the church. My people perish from lack of knowledge.

Light the fires of repentance within your life; stand and fight in the spirit....fight against the world, the flesh and the devil. Take up your shield, take up your sword and follow Me. Your days of freedoms are coming to an end. Soon, very soon there will come a great scattering of the sheep.  Soon very soon the road of the true believer will grow even more narrow. Soon very soon My children will understand what was spoken long ago....'in this world you will have trouble" (John 16:33).

Let go of everything that hinders. Come to My fountain, drink freely from The Fountain of Living Water. Do not delay to do what you know to do."

We must take up our cross and follow our King of kings and LORD of lords.  (Luke 9:23)

As I was directed by Holy Spirit to read, so too I prayerfully ask that you also read Revelation 6 through Revelation 18.

'I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest...' Revelation 6:1-2

"Then I heard another voice from heaven say:   “‘Come out of her, my people,’ so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes." Revelation 18:4-5

To  you who believe, then, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe, “The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,” and, “A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.” They stumble because they disobey the message — and to this they were appointed. But  you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, to proclaim the virtues of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.…' 1 Peter 2:7-9

America will never change apart from God but America wants no part of God. The evil displayed recently should concern all, considering the perpetrators of the evil are elected officials.  Elected re elected officials of the United States government. Elected by the citizenry.  Such evil rules in the heart of man. Biblical principles, banned in public schools, have been replaced by LGBT agendas. Murder has become the law of the land. Even though scripture tells us "Bloodshed pollutes the land"  America continues to murder thousands daily - blatantly disregarding The holy Word of our Holy God.

Much like the children of Israel, we grumble, complain, find fault, point fingers and gossip but seldom do we fall on our face before God to cry out against such atrocities, seeking His wisdom, His Holy Spirit.....His forgiveness. Daniel' prayer lost among the pages of a bible that for too long has sat silently atop a dusty bookshelf:

'Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant of love with those who love Him and keep His commandments, we have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and have rebelled; we have turned away from Your commands and laws. We have not listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your Name to our kings, (presidents, senators, congressmen and women, governors), our princes and our ancestors, and to all the people of the land...' Daniel 9

America lies in shambles. Her churches have a form of godliness but His power, His Presence has become a stumbling block rather than a stepping stone. Biblical teachings about sin, righteousness, repentance seldom heard in most churches.  Those that teach such see their numbers dwindling as congregants rush to join the masses, embracing the teachings of relevance, prosperity and acceptance of others. Holiness has been replaced with hollowness. The rot of the nation has penetrated the walls of the church; leaving her defenseless and vulnerable to attack.

Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. Psalm 2

These words, from the heart of awatchmanonthewall, I will not attribute to my LORD. Perhaps they are only the ramblings of a watchman who has seen too much, knows time is slipping away and grieves that words spoken are falling on deaf ears. Whatever the case....I know with certainty...the church is silent, the country is split and America will not survive if she continues down this very wide road of depravity, tolerance, immorality and rejection of God.

America is on a collision course with JEHOVAH God. Knowing that apart from Christ, in me dwells no good thing I have chosen to post a portion of an article hoping...praying the words will speak to hearts of readers and awaken the sleeping giant. I wept as I watched portions of the speech given by Judge Kavanaugh in defense of his integrity and moral character to a government filled with hatred, greed and evil. I have sought Holy Spirit for a word that will speak to the hearts of the dwindling readers of awatchmanonthewall - to awaken those that remain. I have learned of vicious verbal attacks against Ted Cruz and his wife as they dined, attacks by those agitators encouraged to do evil by an elected official sworn to uphold the constitution and I wonder....where is the church in all this.

WE are the church. Not the building, not the pastor not the elders....we are the church; the body of Christ. We must not, we cannot allow evil to prevail.

The Holy Spirit has spoken, we have His word. He continues to speak and just as in the times of the Kings few are listening.

The LORD would say.." Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD. Your nation expects blessings but I am not your God. I continue to withold judgment that you might repent and return...that revival will come to your churches and to your nation but little changes. A great shaking is coming to this nation, it is coming quickly. Fire...fire burning in your soul as you realize how far you have allowed religion and the traditions of man to take you. Great upheaval awaits My people as I begin to shake to loosen the coils that have been tightly wound around My Body....year after year after year.  None will escape the fire for it will only be through the fire that purification and cleansing will come."

"If one did not know that he was reading the history of ancient Israel in 2 Kings, he might conclude the account is a description of our own nation and church in 2018. The moral rot and idolatry of our times have an amazing similarity to the conditions  described in the time of Josiah.

First and foremost, much of the church has "lost" the Book. The Bible has been forsaken in too many churches for the wisdom of man. The Word of God has been changed or reinterpreted by liberals to reflect "new insights" and to justify society's sins.

Eastern religions and synergistic meetings with world religions, (yoga embraced in churches across the nation).  The church in America is closer to experiencing the wrath of God than we know. If revival is coming to the church, it had better come soon because time may be running out. "

Do not seek an experience, seek relationship. No longer look for the flash, strengthen your faith as you read and meditate on My Word. Look around, see how your nation has fallen and continues to fall deeper and deeper into sin against and separation from The Creator; from the elite to the illiterate there is sin and separation. Your nation once so proud so free has now become a boiling pot of filth, it has become poor, wretched and in need of repentance and restoration.

Will you be among those who defend or deny My Truth. Will you speak up or remain quiet? Will you engage or surrender? Where will you stand in the battle for truth?"

The prophecy clock advanced on August 28 when a red heifer was born in Israel. The heifer was bred, examined, and is being raised under the guidance of the Temple Institute's Raise a Red Heifer program. The red heifer is important to prophecy because its ashes are needed to cleanse the Temple and its instruments. In explaining to his disciples the chronology of events of the last days in Matthew 24:15-16, Christ warns, "When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains." This means that there is a fully operational Jewish Temple in Jerusalem prior to the Messiah's return.

 

The ordinance of the red heifer is found in Numbers 19 where the Lord commands Moses to bring a "red heifer without spot, wherein is no blemish, and upon which never came yoke" to be slayed outside the camp, and burned with cedar wood, hyssop and scarlet. A clean man is to gather up the ashes of the heifer "...and store them outside the camp in a clean place. They are to be kept for the community of the people of Israel to prepare water for purification of sin (verse 9)." Anyone who touches the heifer in the process is rendered unclean. This ordinance is considered a "chok" by the Jews, a statute decreed by God that cannot be understood by human reasoning, because the true meaning is beyond our intellect.

 

Daniel 11:31 prophesies that In the end of years the armed forces of the king of the north (beast/antichrist) "shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that makes desolation." This is what Christ is referring to in Matthew 24. Therefore, prior to the Messiah returning there are daily sacrifices taking place in the Temple in Jerusalem. According to Jewish tradition, there can be no official Temple in Jerusalem without the red heifer's blood being sprinkled on the temple and the temple's instruments cleansed according to God's instruction in Numbers. This is why the red heifer is so important to end time prophecy. No red heifer, no Temple.

 

The "chok" of the red heifer is that it is used for cleansing and purification, yet those who touch it become unclean. Think about the symbolism. The red heifer, examined by the priests to have no blemish, is slayed outside the camp and Its blood and ashes are used for purification of sin. Christ, examined by the priests to have no blemish, was crucified outside the camp and risen for the propitiation of sin. Those priests were most certainly unclean. But even the blood of Christ could cleanse them from their sin. Hebrews 9:13-14 concludes: "For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"  Bill Wilson, Daily Jot
