Spoken clearly, May 9, 2016:
"What is man that the Son of God is mindful of him? What has man to offer to his Creator? You come with demands, your heart seared with worldly fires; you care not to be still and know that I AM God. How dare man assume to demand from God - man' place is on his knees crying out; 'LORD have mercy on me a sinner.'
The earth is Mine. I will do with it that which pleases Me."

DeleteThank you for sharing this powerful reminder. LORD bless
Thank you Bonnie,Ali.
ReplyDeleteThank Ali and Bonnie! This is a strong word, but when you examine yourself and think of things in the Lord's perspective it is awe inspiring to think of all of the sacrifice, doubt, scoffing, mocking etc. the Lord has endured to save humanity. You wonder why and how he could love us so much to put up with all of our failures, rejection and shortcomings when pretty much all of the benefit is on our side. I have asked myself this question and the only thing I can compare it to is the 2 little beautiful children He has blessed me with. I would do anything and give anything for them. I love to see the joy in their lives that they have everyday. This is the same love the Lord has for us and it is amazing! It is sad to think there are so many people who wont figure this out and I am so grateful that He has brought this to my attention. I pray that everyone would come to know the joy and peace of devoting themselves to our God. God bless you!
ReplyDeletePsalm 8 KJV
O Lord, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. 2 Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. 3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; 4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. 6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: 7 All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; 8 The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. 9 O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!
