A homosexual man filed a $70 million lawsuit against Bible publishers alleging that their version of the Bible that refers to homosexuality as a sin violates his constitutional rights and has caused him emotional distress.
Did the "Supreme Court" know the ripple effect their decision to disobey The Word of God would cause, or did they even care.??. Reading daily The Word of God, comparing it to daily headlines it is apparent, to those who will see, that God' hand of blessing has been lifted from this nation.
Knowing that judgement begins in the household of God, remembering that rain falls upon the just and the unjust, I wonder if the remnant is prepared for what is swiftly coming upon this nation or do far too many have rapture rather than repentance on their mind.??.
"I wonder if the remnant is prepared for what is swiftly coming upon this nation or do far too many have rapture rather than repentance on their mind??"
ReplyDeleteQuick answer is 'yes' far too many see the rapture as their escape mechanism from any persecution while they totally ignore 2 Tim. 3:12. Most have "romanticized" persecution as some sort of merit badge to be earned when the reality is that we are sharing in the sufferings of Christ.[Check "sufferings" in concordance.] Even though the Rapture will take place before the GT, we have no guarantee that it will occur in our life time. Those that insist that the Bride of Christ must endure the GT are ignorant of Scripture and the Character of the God whom they 'serve'. There is a vast difference between persecution that is experienced now and the Wrath of God that will be poured out on the lost world in the GT. There is no comparison to be made between the two, not Biblically, nor logically. Those that insist that the Bride of Christ must endure the GT have yet to provide any Scripture to that effect, rather they present their fantasy theologies and use fear to motivate those that they wish to deceive. But God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of love, and power, and a sound mind.
Good word for all to remember.!!!. God will take of His own. Either through the fire or out of the fire, He is sovereign.
