MONTGOMERY, Ala. – A pastor’s wife who works as an exit counselor at an abortion facility in the Bible Belt is defending her employment at the location, stating that she believes that women have a right to an abortion and that “God is a forgiving God.”
“I feel that we have all sinned. None of us are perfect. No sin is greater than any sin,” Callie Chatman, wife of Louis Chatman of New Elam Baptist Church in Montgomery, told the Christian Post this weekend following an initial report by Christian News Network. “That’s her right to make that decision because that’s her body.”

  1. If this pastor were a true man of God, he would never allow his wife to be employed in such a place. This woman sounds like she has no understanding of repentance, which isn't surprising. Most churches no longer expound on the essential truths of the Bible - they simply tell you to repeat prayers, make decisions and presto! Instant Christian, when in fact, it's widening the broad road. Church discipline is no longer practiced either; this woman needs to be confronted and shown from Scripture the need to stand firm on truth. If she refuses to repent, she should be dealt with according to God's holy word. Churches in America embrace sin instead of forsaking it - they condone and excuse it. God have mercy on this pastor and his wife.

    1. I am so grateful to our Father for His love and mercy to me. Perilous times are fast approaching and evidence seems to support the thought that the body is ill prepared. Indeed God HAS had mercy, and now.....

  2. This woman is obviously worshipping another God than the one of the Bible, and I wonder what sort of teaching goes on in her church!

    1. Paul had much to say about one continuing in sin so that grace might much more abound. Hmmmmm, doubt this was what he had in mind as he wrote.
