Separating fact from fiction can be challenging, frustrating, labor intensive but very necessary if we are to be ALL that our God would have us to be. For all who are called according to His purpose we must study to show ourselves approved unto God. Getting to “know” God through His Word. Learning His will [not ours] for our lives. Praying for brothers and sisters who are in need. Lifting the persecuted Christians to the Throne Room of God, praying - “His will be done.” 

I have joined others in praying for American Pastor Saeed Abedini, Pastor Behnam Irani, Farshid Fathi, and the thousands of others imprisoned in Iran for their faith in our LORD Jesus Christ. Freedom of religion they do not know. Tortured, beaten at the hands of their captors, they are arrested solely for their Christian faith. The Iranian government argues their Christian activities are equivalent to “actions against national security.” Their crimes; possessing religious propaganda— Bibles printed in Farsi, unlawfully distributing Bibles… but today I read…

Perhaps the persecuted church, those that are beheaded, burned alive, raped, sawn in half, sold into slavery or in prison for faith in Jesus are a threat to Islam, while those who walk freely, professing Christianity, whether they be in Iran, the UK, France, or America or no threat to anyone.

No longer a babe in a manger, but now King of kings and LORD of lords.  Not only His birth, but His sinless life, perfect sacrificial life, for you for me.  His death, but not only His death, His resurrection so that we too can live eternally with Him.

Indeed Joy to the World, the LORD has Come.  Christ - the true joy of Christmas.

Don't be blinded by watching America as a sign of the times,  WATCH the Middle East and pray.

For disobedience and much sin America will be judged as will all nations that reject God.

But watch the Middle East, especially Israel.

America has NO covenant with God. God will protect His own, both the remnant and His Chosen People Israel, but Israel IS the apple of His eye.

Yes, I know in Whom I have believed, but… I know that He is able, but…..

How many times, in how many ways have we doubted God. How many times have we ask Why? How many times have we said, ‘LORD, I don’t understand‘? Or am I the only one who has wrestled with the whys and I don’t understands in life.

My daughter has a very rare form of cancer. She has been battling this dreaded disease for about six years. Radiation, chemo, surgery after surgery. Why? Could this be God’ plan?

ISIS is murdering and maiming its way across the Middle East, seemingly unstoppable. Muslim, Christian, children, pregnant women, the elderly. Why? Could this be God’ plan?

YES this could be God’s plan. Calamity, sickness, death, murder….

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8-9

My daughter has become a believer and she knows her help indeed comes from the LORD. Had she been spared these past years I am not sure she would be where she is today in her Christian walk. Regardless of what time our LORD gives her on this earth, her dad and  I will have all eternity to spend with our daughter. His thoughts are indeed higher than ours.

And today I read: ‘Atrocities by the Islamic State (ISIS) are softening the hearts of Muslims to Christianity. Tent churches among refugees are sprouting up like mushrooms. For people who have suffered such deep loss, seeing that they can pray to a personal God whom they can call Father.. “You can see the tears in their eyes when we pray – now knowing - God cares. They see that God can give them strength, can heal them, that He loves them. They say that things have changed, they have a peaceful attitude towards those ‘who have done this to my kids, wife, or husband - “I can pray about it and give it to God.”

Former Muslims, who once prayed five times a day as a duty, say they don’t quite know how to describe the difference. They say, “Now with our relationship with God, we see a huge difference; something has changed in our life.”’

God has eternity in mind in everything He does. We see here and now, He sees forever.

Perhaps I will not always see the eternal picture when things come into my life that are hard, or painful, but I pray that regardless of how bad things look, how bad they hurt, or how I just don’t understand - I will remember…

Unconfirmed reports of a new decree imposing the death penalty on anyone caught smuggling Bibles into Saudi Arabia has many Christian ministries and support groups on edge.

Practicing any religion other than Islam has long been illegal in the desert kingdom, and that includes rules against foreigners bringing in any type of religious material that does not conform to the royal family’s strict Wahhabi brand of Sunni Islam. Foreign nationals living in Saudi Arabia are often detained for purely religious reasons, sometimes resulting in deportation.

But applying capital punishment, which in Saudi Arabia often means death by beheading, to Bible smugglers would signal a new level of persecution even for the Saudis.

Several Christian missionaries said they were seeking to confirm a recent report by the Virginia-based Heart Cry Missionary Society that a new death penalty law has been adopted citing an “official statement” in Arabic on a Coptic Christian website called CoptsToday.

The law reportedly extends to the importing of all illegal drugs and “all publications that have a prejudice to any other religious beliefs other than Islam.”

One of the most sought-after Christmas gifts this year is a ouija board with Google searches  up 300 per cent. 

There is a brand-new video game from a software company in Helsinki, Finland, called Lucius II The Prophecy. In a world that is filled with objectionable entertainment, this game is a standout. Not only does it invoke graphic images of violence and horror, it places the user in the role of Antichrist.

Should you not want to stay home and play "board games " with the kids or watch them playing the latest in video games, why not pack up the kids and head for the movies.  Choices include;  Big Eyes,  Into the Woods, American Sniper, Dying of the Light and Night at the Museum to name a few. 

America is imploding, the church is on life support, we have murdered sixty million preborn children, ordain homosexuals as ministers, welcome 'christian' yoga into the church, consider Islam a religion of peace and somehow feel proud of ourselves,  knowing God "must" be pleased when we insist our department stores say "Merry Christmas."  

The U.S. Army has issued a “letter of concern” to a Georgia chaplain for citing the Bible during a recent suicide prevention training session.

Chaplain (CPT) Joe Lawhorn, during a recent training session, spoke about his past personal struggle with depression, explaining how he overcame the condition after considering the example of King David in the Scriptures. He also provided other generic resources that he thought may be helpful to those attending the session.

“Chaplain Lawhorn did what good chaplains do; he was candid, genuine and authentic,” wrote Alliance Director Chaplain (Col.) Ron Crews, USA Retired. “He spoke from first person to let his soldiers know that he too deals with depression. “Revealing his personal struggle with depression required a large measure of courage and mutual trust,” he continued. “His story involves his faith journey. ..” and therein lies the problem.

His faith, in The Word, in the God of The Word unacceptable to this politically correct USA. His faith, not in Islam, or in the goodness of humanity, yoga, meditation, philosophers, nature or man, but faith in God, Christian faith…

and therein lies the problem.

On a recent TBN broadcast, Cameron along with his Roman Catholic guest, William Federer, a signer of the Manhattan Declaration, an ecumenical document that unites Christians and Catholics to stand together for life and family, provided background on the life of the Turkish bishop Nicholas, who was known to give to the poor and inspired the tradition of gift-giving during Christmastime. He explained that after Nicholas died in 343 A.D., his bones were brought to the pope, who built a basilica for his remains, where they are enshrined to this day. Federer also noted that Nicholas was sainted because of the miracles that the Roman Catholic Church claimes he performed following his death—and still allegedly performs to this day through a myrrh that is purportedly exuded from his tomb to heal sick bodies.

Cameron cited St. Nicholas in his new film “Saving Christmas” as one of the reasons why Christians who abstain from the holiday should really find reason for rejoicing since he believed Nicholas was a strong Christian man. Speaking at Liberty University Cameron said:

“They [the RCC] even ‘sainted’ him—that’s why we call him St. Nicholas. He became legendary in his time and beyond his time. He became larger than life and reached mythic proportions. So the guy that many of us think is distracting from the birth of the Christ child, is really the defender of the faith.???..

“So now [ask Cameron] that you know who the real Santa Claus is, don’t you want to take a picture with him at the mall this Christmas? I do.” [Christian News Network]

Mike Gendron, former Roman Catholic had this to say - “Clearly, Cameron chooses to embrace Roman Catholicism as a valid expression of Christianity instead of embracing the exclusivity of God’s gospel. It was clear during the interview that Kirk was more interested in promoting his movie than contending for the faith of the apostles. The Vatican’s strategy for world dominion is to use influential people like Cameron to bring separated brethren back home to Rome. His compromise of the gospel and his unwillingness to expose Catholicism as an apostate religion reveals his unfaithfulness to God and His word. The Bible is our only safeguard against fatal error.

A double minded man, or woman, is unstable in all their ways.    

We must speak the truth, which she did,  (all lives DO matter) in love, without fear. This world is desperate to hear truth, yet those who have truth all too often quake and shudder, bend, break, and quickly compromise at the first sign of conflict.

Dear LORD give us hearts that desire to do Your will, becoming people OF the book and not just people WITH the book.

A pastor in Arizona has reportedly preached that ridding the world of all gay people would cure AIDS.

 

Pastor Steven Anderson of Faithful Word Baptist Church cited Leviticus 20:13 reading, "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."  Anderson then continued, "It was right there in the Bible all along ... It's curable right there... if you executed the homos like God recommends, you wouldn't have all this AIDS running rampant."

 

Sadly, Pastor Anderson does not realize we are no longer under the law, but under grace, the unmerited favor of God through Jesus Christ our LORD. Jesus did not abolish the law, He fulfilled the law and has given us a New Covenant...

Rob Bell once the evangelical poster boy, mega church hip pastor ~ the one time darling of tens of thousands will host “The Rob Bell Show” premiering December 21 on the Oprah Winfrey Network. The one-hour show features Bell and is co-produced by him. He recently toured the country with Winfrey on a “Life You Want Weekend.”

“In many ways, some elements of typical evangelicalism are a good fit for Oprah’s lineup of public confession and personal transformation,” said Kathryn Lofton, author of ‘Oprah: The Gospel of an Icon.’ “The difference, however, is that The Church of Oprah incorporates as many religious concepts as possible, while evangelicalism commits to exclusivity. He won’t talk about the cross, or sin, or the idea that marriage represents Jesus and his bride or God and Israel. So he’s not a Bible Christian, but really a Christian, our new kind of Christian. Our ‘evogelical.’ ”

Speaking of Oprah, Bell said: “She has taught me more about what Jesus has for all of us, and what kind of life Jesus wants us to live, more than almost anybody in my life.”

As church attendance falls, one group believes that the lure of a burger and fries might make church more appealing. ... "Christianity is unable to capture modern audiences. There's a lack of innovation and lack of design thinking in Church communities." ... "It's time for churches to engage with entrepreneurship," writes the group on its IndieGoGo site. "By combining a church and a McDonald's we can create a self-sustaining, community-engaged, popular church, and an unparalleled McDonald's restaurant."

While in Ft. Worth, TX.  a church gave this a try:  "Church-in-a-Pub gets churchgoers in to the spirit, "so to speak." Worship leaders hold communion at the bar, singing hymns and songs of praise.

Magic acts, 3-D glasses, popcorn, beer, pretzels, coffee, donuts, a fifteen minute mini message, a great rock band, and hanging out with friends.  Who could ask for anything more?  Just don't get much better?


But God says:  "come out of her my people and be ye separate."  

Light and dark cannot co-exist, yet it seems the church in America continues to try.

Russell Moore, president of the Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission recently joined Pope Francis, Rick Warren as well as Mormon, Jewish, Muslim, and Sikh leaders in Rome. The gathering was sponsored by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and co-sponsored by the Pontifical Council for the Family, the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, and the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of Christian Unity.

And now, Dr. Albert Mohler. president of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary at a conference recently had this to say:

"One of the things we should not be embarrassed to say is that we are learning. One of the embarrassments that I have to bear is that I have written on some of these issues now for nearly 30 years, and at a couple of points I have to say ‘I got that wrong,' and we have to go back and correct it, correct it by Scripture.

"Now early in this controversy, I felt it quite necessary, in order to make clear the gospel, to deny anything like a sexual orientation. And speaking at an event of the National Association of Evangelicals twenty-something years ago, I made that point. I repent of that.

 

I believe that a biblical, theological understanding, a robust biblical theology, would point to us that human sexual, affective, um, profiles of who we are sexually, is far more deeply rooted than just the will, if that were so easy.

 

But Genesis 3 explains that, helps us to understand that this complex of same-sex challenges coming to us is something that is deeply rooted in the biblical story itself, and something we need to take with far greater seriousness than we have taken it in the past, understanding that that requires a far more robust gospel response than anything the church has come up with heretofore."

 

 

Chelsen Vicari of the Institute on Religion & Democracy took this away from the speech,

 

"I was very surprised by Dr. Mohler's changing tone. And I was very thankful that he took time during his speech to actually confess that he had gotten sexual orientation wrong earlier in his career and that he is willing to say that there are individuals who are born with an innate sexual attraction to the same gender."

 

"Now therefore go to speak to the men of Judah, [or Africa, Europe or America] and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, [or NYC, Dallas or Seattle] saying, ‘Thus saith the Lord: Behold, I frame evil against you and devise a device against you. Return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good." Jeremiah 18:11

It is coming too fast.

Something is horribly wrong; in our world, in our country, our neighborhoods, our families. Flip on the news, surf the net and the face of evil glares back at you. What has befallen this earth and her people? America the beautiful has now become America the battlefield. The Middle East teeters on a very unstable foundation.

Those with eyes to see and ears to hear understand what is coming. Knowing that God will not be mocked, we grieve, we weep, we howl for the miseries that are coming upon us.

Ezekiel was commanded to eat the scroll. He was told it (I believe "it" to be The Word of God) would be sweet but would quickly become bitter. Why would The Word be sweet, only to become bitter?

Hebrews tells us:   "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

John too was commanded to eat the scroll (Revelation 10). And like Ezekiel, it would be sweet in his mouth, only to become bitter.  Both of these strong, mighty men of faith were commissioned by God to prophesy to proclaim The Word of The LORD to their generation. And so too have we.!.  

To declare the Truth is also our commission from God. It will not be easy, nor will it be well received, but tell it we must. Tribulation awaits His people and His world.  Rejoice that you will be worthy to be called His follower.  

Pray and proclaim His Truth. His Words are sweet with bitter consequences.  John saw it and rejoiced. Ezekiel saw it and rejoiced.  

We too must see it, share it and rejoice!!

And the Lord said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. – KJV – Ezekiel 9:4

Don't pass this off as only pertaining to Israel.   Is there a mark on your forehead???

CHICAGO (AP) — On a very memorable Sunday, Pastor Laura Truax surprised her congregation with a bold announcement: She was about to hand out money to everyone.

Not a huge sum, but the pastor said the LaSalle Street Church had received a tidy $1.6 million from a real estate deal, and $160,000 — a typical 10 percent tithe — would be divided among some 320 regular attendees. Each would get a $500 check to do something positive for anything or anyone, including themselves.

A female pastor??? 10 percent TITHE?  Doing something positive, for ANYONE, including themselves? Forget missions.  Forget the homeless, the widows, the orphans. Do something positive, for ME! (SRN)

Such a sad commentary for one calling itself the body of Christ.

Watching the erosion of America' church it is evident...

The church has not been taught truth. Pastors have preached, Sunday school teacher have taught a feel good, name it and claim it, seeker friendly - your best life now message, but they have not taught truth.

Gentle Jesus, meek and mild.....  What a friend we have in Jesus...

A steady diet of milk not meat has created a feeble, frail and powerless body. A body unprepared for the future that awaits America.

"...but if anyone suffers as a Christian, he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify God in this name. For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? AND IF IT IS WITH DIFFICULTY THAT THE RIGHTEOUS IS SAVED, WHAT WILL BECOME OF THE GODLESS MAN AND THE SINNER?…" 1 Peter 4

Judgment is not coming to America - JUDGMENT IS ALREADY HERE.!!. Yet, the church is disengaged, unprepared and sleeping soundly.

Daniel and the three Hebrew children were taken captive. Kingdom after kingdom were taken over by the enemies of God, prophets, priests and kings, the righteous as well as the unrighteous were taken captive.

"Jesus passed through the university of suffering and there obtained the certificate of perfect obedience.  And NOW He has become a Professor in the same university to teach obedience to all 'who are willing to enroll'.  As Hebrews 5 teaches, there is no compulsion here, as there was under the old covenant, with its "Thou shalt Not..."  Now the Spirit and the bride say, "Come, join this university."  No one can be a disciple who does not join this university... for this is the only place where disciples are trained.  Jesus is far more interested in saving us from evil than in saving us from tribulation. He permits us to go through tribulation because He knows that is the only way we become spiritually strong.   Such a message is strange teaching indeed to a comfort-loving Christendom  that has been coddled Sunday after Sunday for years. Coddled with ear-tickling sermons by pansy pastors. But this is the message that the apostles preached to the early churches.

Paul Barnabas, Peter, James...strengthened the souls of those in the early church, encouraging them to continue in the faith, saying; "Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God" Acts 14:22  [ Zac Poonen, Christian Fellowship Church]

It is my earnest prayer that the church will arise from its slumber, engage in the battle, study to show themselves approved of God, stop swallowing and following every wind of doctrine and stand on The Truth of The Word of God. 

"...and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near. For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins…" Hebrews 10

On Monday, November 17, 2014, Pope Francis will host a global ecumenical conference featuring Muslim leaders, pagans, and Chrislam founder Rick Warren from Saddleback Church in California. The official website says that the Colloquium is sponsored by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and co-sponsored by the Pontifical Council for the Family, the Pontifical Council for Inter-religious Dialogue, and
 the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of Christian Unity.

The conference will be held Nov. 17-19 at the Vatican, and is expected to feature more than 30 speakers from over 20 countries. According to the Catholic News Service, those of the Jewish, Islamic, Buddhist, Hindu, Jaina Shasana, Taoist and Sikh religions will be present, as well as Roman Catholics and professing Christians. 9/11 is a reality, yet as ISIS rapes, crucifies, beheads and murders its way across Iraq, Imams are invited to offer the opening prayer in the USA House of Representatives. As Boko Haram kidnaps and sells young girls as sex slaves, Imams are invited to conduct prayers at the Washington National Cathedral.

As Iran imprisons Christians, because they are Christians, the US government embraces Iran as a partner in the peace process. Christians and Muslims DO NOT worship the same god. Jehovah God and Allah are NOT one in the same yet this does not stop Americans and the American government from embracing this horrifying evil "religion". Do not call Islam a religion of peace. That is a lie. ISIS is following the teachings of Mohammad as taught in the Quran. ISIS is not a radical form of Islam, ISIS is Islam.

Homosexuality is a sin against God. God condemns the homosexual lifestyle. Yet, the American government embraces this sin, seeking ways to help those who have chosen to disobey God. State after state have passed laws that condone this sinful behavior. Pastors embrace this deviant lifestyle, opening their churches to homosexuals, performing same sex marriages.

Abortion, the murder of the innocent, is a sin against God.  God condemns murder. Yet abortion has been the law of the land for decades. A law of convenience, a law condoning amoral lifestyles.

God's Word is very clear.!!.Why can't they see? Why don't they recognize what is being done in the name of "christianity." Why is His Word ignored in the church today?  Preachers, teachers, evangelist, elders, deacons; SPEAK UP.!!!.  Pew sitters; GET UP.!!!.. King Josiah understood the anger of the LORD, and determined to do something about it. [2 Kings 22]

Few of us know those who worship birds, four-footed beasts or creeping things, but how many do we know that worship mammon, positions, power, prestige, families, fortunes?

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Pray Continually, Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints..” Ephesians 6

Most of us can probably quote this scripture - chapter and verse. But….

Do we, His church, [not just in America, but around the world] stand strong in the LORD and in the power of His might.?. To me it would appear the answer to this question is.. NO

Are we able to stand against the wiles of the devil.?. That too does not appear to be the case.

Do we pray continually, with prayer and supplication in the Spirit [for all the saints].?.

Hmmm, how many times has your church or prayer group prayed with supplication for the persecuted Christians in the Middle East.?. How often has the church cried out for God to strengthen and purify His church?  How many times have you.?.

There was a Chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab the Prof noticed one young man (exchange student) who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt.

The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student  told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while  fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country's government and install a new communist government.

In the midst of his story he looked at the professor and asked a strange question. He asked, 'Do you know how to catch wild pigs?'  The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line. The young man said this was no joke. "You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are  used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence.

They get used to that and start to eat, again you continue until you  have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The  pigs, who are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to  eat, you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.

Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and  around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten  how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity.

The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening to America.  The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine drugs, etc. while we continually lose our freedoms just a little at a time.
 

One should always remember 'There is no such thing as a free lunch!!' also 'You can never hire someone to provide a service for you cheaper then you can do it yourself.'

“When the city of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, decided to hold its annual Paint the Plow event — an initiative in which community schools are invited to paint snow plows — officials likely had no idea that the art project would devolve into a battle over the separation of church and state.



But that’s exactly what happened after an atheist’s complaint led officials to ask students at Sioux Falls Lutheran Elementary School and Sioux Falls Lutheran High School to rework the faith-based messages they had painted on the plows.

The City of South Dakota gave the Lutheran school the choice of repainting the snow plow or withdrawing, and the students chose to withdraw their art, so their message was painted over.

The schools principal said they used the incident to talk to students about a "civics lesson" on groups that oppose religious freedom. "We always talk about persecution in the Middle East - Christians being persecuted in the Middle East - and I said, It happens even here, in the United States, where we are supposed to have the freedom of religion and the freedom of speech."

An atheist complained so…..Hmmmm, wonder what would have happened if an Islamic organization had painted a plow which read -- “Allah is greater.?..

Where can I go but to the LORD.?.

A Methodist pastor in Nashville, TN. was disciplined after officiating at the wedding of his gay son, but will be allowed to remain an ordained minister.

The Revere, Massachusetts public school district is not only requiring students to learn about Islam but is teaching these children the Shahada, the Islamic conversion prayer. According to Islamic beliefs, the simple recitation of this prayer means a conversion to Islam.

Secular sources teach us that the traditions of Halloween are based upon the worship of false gods, contact with the dead, foretelling the future, and communing with evil spirits, as tens of thousands of Christian parents accompany their little ones as they “trick or treat” the neighborhood.

Movies such as Left Behind are promoted as ‘christian‘ yet - one would have a hard time finding anything overtly Christian in the movie. The only time the name Jesus is mentioned in the entire film is as a punch line to a joke! Christian..???.

Christians are marginalized, criticized, chastised, reprimanded, fined and imprisoned.

Should we remain silent, NO.!!. We should be prepared and be aware that we have an enemy, realizing ..

And we MUST Stand strong against all who would oppose The Word of God. Stand in His strength, Stand in His power and Stand on His Word.

British singer says the pontiff’s attempt to change Catholic church is ‘formidable’ as he hosts annual Aids benefit concert

Sir Elton John has called Pope Francis his “hero” for his compassionate drive to accept gay people in the Catholic church.
At John’s annual Aids benefit concert in New York City, the singer said Francis was pushing boundaries in the church and told the crowd: “Make this man a saint now, OK?”

“Ten years ago one of the biggest obstacles in the fight against Aids was the Catholic church. Today we have a pope that speaks out about it,” said John, earning cheers from the attendees at Cipriani’s on Wall Street.

Paul does not paint the future with rose-colour: he is no smooth-tongued prophet of a golden age, into which this dull earth may be imagined to be glowing. There are sanguine brethren who are looking forward to everything growing better and better and better, until, at the last this present age ripens into a millennium. They will not be able to sustain their hopes, for Scripture give them no solid basis to rest upon. We who believe that there will be no millennial reign without the King, and who expect no rule of righteousness except from the appearing of the righteous Lord, are nearer the mark. Apart from the second Advent of our Lord, the world is more likely to sink into pandemonium than to rise into a millennium. A divine interposition seems to me the hope set before us in Scripture, and, indeed, to be the only hope adequate to the situation.   Christian-owned Hands on Originals was asked to print the shirts for the Lexington, KY Pride Festival but politely declined because of the owner’s sincerely held religious beliefs. Instead, he found a printer willing to do the job and for the same price.

Lexington Human Rights Commission Executive Director Raymond Sexton told FoxNews’ Todd Starnes that Christian business owners should leave their faith at home and is recommending that the HRC fine the owner and force him to attend mandatory “diversity training” conducted by the commission.

Liberty Ridge Farms, located in New York, was recently fined $10,000 and ordered to pay two lesbians $1,500 each. That's because the Gifford family, which owns the farm, refused to rent its facilities for a lesbian wedding because of their religious beliefs.

The New York Division of Human Rights found the owners guilty of violating New York's human rights law, in particular public accommodations and sexual orientation.

“For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.” Deuteronomy 20:4

“I do not trust in my bow, my sword does not bring me victory; but You give us victory over our enemies, You put our adversaries to shame. In God we make our boast all day long, and we will praise Your Name forever.” Psalm 44:6-8

Perhaps soon each of us will be called to stand strong for/in our faith.

In what can only be called a case of the mentally ill vetting the righteous, open Lesbian Houston Mayor Annise Parker and officials with the city of Houston, Texas are now demanding to see the sermons of several pastors in the area following the cities attempts to allow men to use women’s restrooms.

 A lawsuit arose because of the measure put forward by the Houston City Council. The issue at stake is a legal one, but the larger problem is that the city is looking to involve pastors who are not involved in a lawsuit against the city, according to Alliance Defending Freedom.


Christians throughout the country will have an opportunity to take a stand in the coming days to defend Houston pastors targeted by the city government.

The event is "I Stand Sunday" scheduled for November 2nd.

Family Research Council is organizing the event, which will be held at Grace Community Church in Houston.  The pastor of the church, Steve Riggle, is one of the pastors subpoenaed as part of the lawsuit.   FRC is seeking churches to simulcast the event.

America,  on a collision course with God..??..!!.?.

The city of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is threatening two ordained Christian ministers with arrest if they refuse to perform wedding ceremonies for same-sex couples.

The Hitching Post Wedding Chapel is across the street from the Kootenai County Clerk’s office, which issues marriage licenses. Last week, Donald Knapp and his wife Evelyn, both ordained ministers who run the chapel, respectfully declined to perform a same-sex “marriage” ceremony.

According to the Coeur d’Alene city attorney, they now face up to 180 days in jail and up to $1,000 in fines for each day they decline to perform that ceremony.

City officials said the Knapps are required to perform such ceremonies or face months in jail and/or thousands of dollars in fines. The city claims its "non-discrimination" ordinance requires them to perform same-sex wedding ceremonies despite the fact that they are Christians and the chapel publicly states it only performs Christian-based ceremonies.

"Come on let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land. Therefore they did set over them taskmasters to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses. The children of this world are wise in their generation. Their policy may be short-sighted and their stratagems crooked, nevertheless the world admires the wisdom of their counsels, and makes light of the craftiness of their projects. In their opposition to the Christian church, the men of the world might certainly have been as well able to outwit her by the variety of their maneuvers as to overwhelm her by the force of their numbers, were it not that there is an unseen One in her midst, who is more than a match for the guile of their hearts and the might of their hosts.

US Secretary of State John Kerry called for the resumption of peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians on Thursday, arguing that the talks were vital in the fight against Islamic extremism.

Speaking at a State Department ceremony marking the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha, Kerry said that “it is imperative that we find a way to get back to the negotiations.”

Kerry, who just returned from Egypt where he attended an international conference that raised billion$ of dollar$ towards the reconstruction of Gaza, called for both sides to return to the negotiating table.

Kerry added that the ultimate goal of peace talks is “to find a way to create two states that can live together side by side, two peoples, with both of their aspirations being respected.”

“I still believe that’s possible, and I still believe we need to work towards it.”

The secretary further implied that Israel was responsible  for humiliating the Palestinians by denying them a state.

“People need to understand the connection, it has something to do with humiliation, denial and the absence of dignity,” he added.  Breaking Israel News

And the government of the USA continues to view black as white, and white as black..!!.., viewing Islam as a peaceful religion and viable partner in the peace process.
